We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ALLGOAL. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 92 days of receiving your order.
Before returning any item, please contact us at hello@allgoal.com to obtain return authorization and return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a request through our Withdrawal Form or contact us at hello@allgoal.com within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Once we receive your request, we will send confirmation via email and provide further instructions regarding the return process.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within the approved return period.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Items must include original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
- Returns showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or modification may not be eligible for a refund.
- Please use a tracked shipping service and retain your tracking information. ALLGOAL is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Items damaged through customer misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, ALLGOAL will cover the return shipping cost or provide an alternative solution.
- For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, preference, or any reason not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal under European Union law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- No restocking fees are charged.
Return Process
- Contact us at hello@allgoal.com with your order number and details regarding your return request.
- Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.
- After the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 2–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider and bank.
Please Note: Original shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective item. Original shipping charges are not refundable for returns due to customer preference or change of mind.
Order Cancellations
Statutory withdrawal rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected by this section.
- Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment.
- Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, eligible customers may still request a return or exercise applicable withdrawal rights after receiving the goods.
